About Community Spirit Ventures

Welcome to this Community Spirit Ventures site. My name is Cass McLaughlin, and I believe we are all embodied "dream catchers."

Living and working over the years, I have been grateful for the experience of partnering with individuals, organizations and communities which has lead to the experience of knowing that "Dreams Come True with Community Spirit Ventures'."

Community Spirit Ventures, (CSV ) is all about Caring, Connecting, Coordinating, Collaborating, Co-Facilitating, and/or Co-Leading. One way this has played out in my life has been by hosting people for events, workshops, and co-creating and designing events and programs with and for individuals, organizations and communities. A coming together with our best selves around a heart-felt intention supporting health, healing and well-being for a greater good and love for all beings, including the Earth. Our home is in our bodies; this beautiful Earth, and beyond.

The Four-Immutable Principles of Spirit shared in Harrison Owen's Open Space Technology, and in his book "Leadership Is" inspires this work

The Four-Immutable Principles of Spirit:

Whoever comes is the right people,
Whenever it starts is the right time,
Whatever happens is the only thing that could have, and
When it is over, it's over.

And I would add "until a new community spirit venture arises."
